Is this normal for a Senior Sys Admin role? For context my senior sys just left and I was hoping to get bumped up to sys admin and maybe they hire someone else as well, but based on this description they're just looking for one amazing person vs 2 good qualified people, or am I off base here?

I get the feeling they are looking for a unicorn vs splitting this job 2 or 3 ways.I check some of these boxes but it really makes me feel like I shouldn't even bother applying. I know for a fact some of this shit is off base, but we do contract work as well so I guess it could come up? My sysA left for better ops else where and before he left it was him, me and one other person plus a SP person. Edit for clarity: this is my current company.
